Apiology 101 Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Course Access & Delivery
Upon successful registration and ocnfirmed payment, participants will receive access to the course materials.
 
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a limited refund window under the following conditions:
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of purchase.
  • To be eligible, participants must not have accessed or completed more than 15% of the course content.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
  • The request is made after the stated refund period.
  • A significant portion of the course has been accessed or completed.
  • Course materials have been shared.
  • The course includes seasonal or time-sensitive beekeeping content that has already been accessed.
4. Combo Course Packages (Bundle Purchases)
Courses purchased as part of a combo pack or bundled offering are considered a discounted package and are subject to the following:
  • Refunds are not available for individual courses within the bundle once any portion of the combo pack has been accessed.
  • If a refund is requested within the eligible refund window, it must apply to the entire bundle, and only if no more than 15% of the total combined content has been accessed.
  • Once access to multiple courses within the bundle has begun, the purchase is considered final.
5. Transfers 
Registrations may be transferable to another participant upon request, provided the course has not been substantially accessed. Please contact us to arrange a transfer.

7. Exceptions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
